How do I play?

BilliardBurst is a one‑touch chain‑reaction game. Aim your shot, release to fire, and watch the glowing orbs trigger cascading bursts. The goal is to build the longest and most satisfying combo you can.

Can I pause the game?

Yes. Tap the pause button in the top‑left corner during a run to pause. From there you can continue or return to the main menu.

Does the game work offline?

The core gameplay works offline. However, features that rely on the internet (for example ad loading or App Store purchase verification) may be unavailable while offline.

Purchases & “Remove Ads”

What does “Remove Ads” unlock?

The Remove Ads in‑app purchase permanently disables banner advertising in BilliardBurst on your Apple ID account. Gameplay is identical; you simply play without ads.

How do I restore my purchase?

If you reinstall the app or switch devices:

• Open the app and go to Settings.
• Tap Restore Purchases.
• Make sure you’re signed in with the same Apple ID you originally used.

I was charged but ads still appear.

First, try using the Restore Purchases button on a stable internet connection. If ads continue to show:

• Restart the app completely and try again.
• Verify the purchase appears under your Apple ID purchase history.
• If it still doesn’t unlock, email support with your purchase date and Apple ID region.

Privacy & Data

What data does BilliardBurst collect?

BilliardBurst itself does not require you to create an account and does not collect personally identifiable information such as your name or email.

The app may use Apple and Google services (for example, App Store and AdMob) which can process basic diagnostic or advertising data in accordance with their own policies.

Analytics

Lightweight, privacy‑respecting analytics may be used to understand how often the app is launched and which features are used, so that future updates can focus on what actually helps players relax and have fun.

Ads

When ads are enabled, ad partners like Google AdMob may collect anonymous usage information to show relevant ads. You can remove ads entirely with the one‑time purchase described above.

FAQ & Troubleshooting

The game feels choppy or slow.

Try closing other heavy apps in the background and restarting your device. On older devices, disabling system‑wide Low Power Mode can also help with performance.

The app crashes or freezes.
